WASHINGTON, D.C., April 28, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Francine Eichler, Inspector General for the Federal Labor Relations Authority, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of her career.

With 28 years of professional federal government experience, Francine Eichler specializes in preventing fraud, waste, abuse and mismanagement for the Federal Labor Relations Authority, a government organization that conducts Federal Agency and Union unfair labor practice charges and is an adjudicatory agency. She conducts inspections, investigations, interviews and internal reviews, and audits and creates instruction manuals and semi-annual reports for Congress. Prior to joining the Federal Labor Relations Authority, Ms. Eichler served as an Inspector General in the Central Imagery Office and Deputy Inspector General for several Agencies in the Department of Defense. She also worked as a teacher. She attributes her success to her love for her profession and desire to help citizens of the United States of America. In 1962, she received her Bachelor of Science from Temple University. Ms. Eichler belongs to the Inspector General Council of Integrity and Efficiency and is on the Human Resource Committee for the Council.

Ms. Eichler received the Exceptional Performance Award from the Central Imagery Office, the Dedicated Service and Special Achievement Award from the National Imagery Mapping Service, the Special Performance Award for Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm from the Defense Mapping Agency as well as the Certificate of Accommodation. She also received the Superior Accomplishment Award and the 25 Year Service Award from the Federal Labor Relations Authority.
