ETHICS appoints four high-profile executives to its Board of Directors

They will begin to serve on the Board of Directors of Ethics SA immediately as voted unanimously in an Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting held at Ethics SA's global headquarters near Geneva, Switzerland.

The new Board will include Johan Schotte, venture philanthropist and international financier, Chairman of both Johan Schotte Foundation, a humanitarian organization, and The Ace Alliance Association, an international think-tank; Jean-Jacques Miauton, Chairman of the Vaud-Valais Advisory Committee of the Swiss National Bank, CEO of Swiss Madness Solutions, a micromechanics group, and President of RAK Composites LLC, a UAE-based civil engineering and advanced composite materials company; Patrick A. Sulzer, Director of EBC Management, a Dubai-based consultancy firm; Nicolas Leuba, former CEO of Honegger AG in Switzerland, a vehicle distribution and services company.
